The practical rules for using WriteGlide
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to WriteGlide, including its writing workspace, account, order and billing functions, AI-assisted features, and user-authorized integrations.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using WriteGlide, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement and be old enough to do so in your location. If you use WriteGlide for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. The WriteGlide service
WriteGlide provides tools for organizing source material, drafting and revising content, managing editorial work, preparing channel-ready versions, and using supported integrations or AI-assisted capabilities.
We may add, remove, improve, or change features, interfaces, usage limits, or technical requirements. We will provide notice when a change materially affects an existing paid commitment or when applicable law requires notice.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by WriteGlide’s failure to meet a legal duty.
Do not share credentials improperly or attempt to access another person’s workspace. Notify us through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the drafts, source materials, instructions, and other content you submit to WriteGlide. You grant WriteGlide a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, provide, maintain, improve, secure, and protect the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis needed for content you provide and for the way you use or publish resulting work. The license ends when the content is deleted or the account closes, except where limited retention is legally required, operationally necessary, or present temporarily in ordinary backups.
5. AI-assisted content needs human review
AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or similar to material generated for others. It may not be suitable for your audience, purpose, or legal obligations.
- Review facts, sources, calculations, intellectual-property issues, disclosures, and platform rules before relying on or publishing content.
- Use qualified professional judgment for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact claims.
- Make any disclosures about AI assistance required by law, contract, professional standards, or a publishing platform.
WriteGlide does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, AI citations, publication outcomes, originality, direct platform acceptance, or any particular commercial result.
6. Third-party services and integrations
You may choose to connect WriteGlide with a payment service, MCP-compatible client, AI provider, publishing platform, or other third-party destination. When you direct a transfer or invoke a connected feature, the information needed for that action may be sent to the relevant service.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. WriteGlide does not control their availability, decisions, content policies, or independent processing and is not responsible for them except where applicable law says otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use WriteGlide to:
- Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or ignore a binding contractual duty.
- Upload content you are not permitted to use or unlawfully collect personal information.
- Create, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or deceptive impersonation.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass safeguards, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another account.
- Use automated access in a way that exceeds documented limits or materially interferes with the service.
- Misrepresent AI-assisted output as verified professional advice or guaranteed fact.
8. Paid plans, subscriptions, and orders
If a paid plan, subscription, or order is offered, the price, billing cycle, renewal terms, included access, and material restrictions will be shown at checkout or before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method, including recurring charges when clearly disclosed and accepted.
You may cancel an applicable subscription through available account controls or by contacting support. Unless checkout terms or mandatory law provide otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the already-paid period. Refund eligibility follows the policy disclosed at checkout and any non-waivable consumer rights. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the checkout states they are included.
Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider. WriteGlide does not intentionally store full payment-card details.
9. WriteGlide intellectual property and feedback
WriteGlide and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, interfaces, documentation, designs, trademarks, and branding. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may not use WriteGlide branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant WriteGlide a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve and develop the service without identifying you publicly or transferring ownership of your content.
10. Confidential and sensitive information
Use care before entering confidential, regulated, privileged, or sensitive personal information. Only provide information you are authorized to process and that is reasonably necessary for the task. Review the AI and MCP privacy section before directing workspace content to a connected feature.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using WriteGlide and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, address non-payment, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
After termination, provisions that logically need to continue remain in effect, including provisions concerning ownership, necessary content licenses during wind-down, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and general terms.
12. Availability, updates, and disclaimers
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but availability may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, security events, third-party failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Features may contain errors and outputs require review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteGlide is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteGlide is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party services, or content decisions, where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable or were outside WriteGlide’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or non-excludable consumer rights. No fixed liability cap is stated here; any limitation depends on applicable law and the circumstances.
14. Indemnity for business misuse
If you use WriteGlide for business or professional purposes, then to the extent permitted by law you will defend and indemnify WriteGlide against third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these terms. This section does not apply to consumers where such an obligation would be unfair or prohibited, and it does not cover losses caused by WriteGlide.
15. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law that applies under ordinary conflict-of-law and consumer-protection rules. They do not replace mandatory rights available in your country or region.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. If it cannot be resolved, either party may use the courts, tribunals, regulators, or alternative forums available under applicable law. These terms do not select a jurisdiction that has not been disclosed and agreed.
16. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms with a new effective or last-updated date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance only where that treatment is lawful.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any checkout terms expressly presented to you, form the agreement concerning the service and replace earlier discussions about the same subject.
Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected] or through the contact page.
